Had a leaking water heater and placed a call to Rodenhiser, they had a technician scheduled to come and check it out the same day! When they arrived in the afternoon, Aaron and Mike did an awesome job explaining what the issue was and the potential fixes, then supplied a quote and repaired the leak within an hour! Amazing service and super friendly staff, will definitely be calling again for anymore HVAC or plumbing projects around the house.
Dan Wing, from Rodenhiser Home Services resolved all issues. I need and prefer to buy a new Little Hercules water pump which I will call Rodenhiser to send Dan back to install for me.
My technician Robert was very efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job with work I needed done and was very informative along the way, explaining things I can do to help keep everything running smoothly. I will definitely be using this company for any future services I need! Also wanted to mention that whoever I spoke to over the phone to get my appointment set up was great as well!
Chris was professional, efficient and personable. Along with his helper they cleared a stubborn clog and fixed a leak at a reasonable price. I would use them again for any plumbing issue.

The 2 guys that came out to fix my shower were no exception, they solved my problem, kept me informed about they were doing and what needed to get done. I have worked with Rodenhiser Home Services three times now for plumbing issues. Every time, they were professional, friendly, and efficient—and the repairs they made have been durable. On this most recent visit, Aaron C. offered exceptional service, especially since he had to come to my home twice to complete the job. Based on his service and my previous experiences with Rodenhiser, I signed up for the Platinum Package Homeowner Protection Plan.
We have had Brendan on multiple occasions in recent years. He is first rate. On time, right to the point, efficient, and sometimes trains a new employee.

Hands down everyone that works at Rodenhiser is incredibly kind, patient, caring, diligent, and communicative. We have used them to replace older furnaces and heat pumps and have always had the best experience. They are the first I would ever call and I highly recommend their heat and AC services.
Can't say enough positive things about AJ Jordan and Rodenhiser. AJ was very thorough, honest, knowledgeable and patient. Didn't rush through information/explanations and went the extra mile to ensure malfunctioning equipment beyond the scope of today's appointment was brought to my attention so I could choose how to proceed. Gas boiler and water tank install in an unusually confined space. The technician’s (Robert) quality of work, attention to detail, knowledge and positive attitude are outstanding. Have to also give a shout out to sales and customer service for their unwavering reliability and support. They are on the pricey side, but their ability to think through every issue and provide exceptional service are worth the extra to get a project done professionally.
AJ and his crew were amazing. We had a bad leak and they were here first thing at 7am. Addressed the problem plus gave us an option for a long term solution. Great plumbing company. Highly recommended. Ask for AJ :)

Rodenhiser great service !
I had a bad leak under the kitchen sink and the pipe it went to downstairs was also leaking a little bit. Called Rodenhiser and they were able set something up to come the next day.Robert and AJ arrived at the set time and finished within the time I was told it would take. Great work. New drain from sink all the way to exiting pipe downstairs. This is my second project in which I used Rodenhiser. Very pleased with their work and the guys are always professional.

Zachary and his assistant did a great job providing electrical services at our home. They were able to quickly diagnose the issues, problem-solve some tricky stuff, and get a lot done in a day, including fixing things a previous electrician had messed up. We would have been a lot better off if we’d just hired Rodenhiser in the first place. They also worked neatly and were professional. There are a couple more tasks that they were not able to finish that they provided us quotes for, and we will be sure to ask for Zachary to return.

We had 3 HVAC units installed as well as a hybrid water heater. Our technician Nicholas and the crew were awesome. Explained exactly what we could expect, did a wonderful installation and then went over everything! They cleaned up perfectly. Both technicians and our electrician Tim were awesome. Rodenhiser was recommended to me by another company who wasn’t able to make it to their appointment at my house and wanted to reschedule a week later. I had a great experience with Rodenhiser – even though I called during the holidays, the office staff worked with me to get the work scheduled next-day, and they were flexible to make changes to my quote and follow-up appointment when I was able to get the necessary parts sooner on my own. The technician, Brendan, was on time for both appointments, friendly, extremely professional, and finished his work in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend using Rodenhiser’s services.
Rodenhiser always does a great job every time we have called them. For emergencies or for regular maintenance we have always had great service and pleasant employees. James has come out a few times and has always been very courteous in particular. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a heating, plumbing or HVAC service.

The electrician was on time and was here in less than 24 hours from when I called quoted me an accurate price, and the work was done in no time. And excellent work. And this was all done after the state had major power outages. Wow.
Plumbers (actually, ALL trades) are in big demand these days. Rodenhiser was able to send someone out the next day!! Andrew arrived promptly in the assigned window, carefully assessed the situation, developed a plan and a clear and understandable quote, and got to work. He efficiently and effectively repaired our toilet and the spigot. We are waiting on parts for the wash tub and Andrew will return when the parts are in to complete that repair. He is very personable and carefully explained all of his work. We are VERY satisfied with Andrew’s work and with Rodenhiser’s ability to schedule us so quickly!!! Thank you!!!

Our furnace was not working properly. I placed a call they came the next day. Unfortunately a new part was needed and it was repaired within 48 hours. The tech was very nice and even offered the use of 2 space heaters which were delivered promptly. It was a pleasure doing business with Rodenhiser.
We discovered a plugged sewer line in our 3 unit condo this morning. No response from local plumbers, but Ridenhiser was able to get Dan out to us by early afternoon and clear the problem by the end of the day. He was very professional and had the equipment he needed in his truck. I am very glad I found them online.

Remington showed up bright and early to install a new electrical panel and upgrade the service drop, among other improvements. He explained everything clearly and labeled the new panel cleanly. No issues, everything looks great and I will definitely use Rodenhiser in the future.
I had a master shower that wouldnt shut off the valve was loose so had to turn whole house water until could get them to come out. Sandy was awesome and got them dispatched out within a few hours of request. Was an emergency fee call but they were there and dependable. Both techs were awesome, polite and professional.
Rodenhiser is exactly what you want if you don't mind paying a premium for AMAZING service. Their contractors are exactly what you want from a high end company. They clean up, if something gets messed up they fix it no questions asked, they handle all the paperwork for mass save, they're on time, they're responsive to questions, they have experts handle each part of the project not just someone who is good enough, they handle the permits and inspections easily, I could go on and on, but the bottom line is if you want to save a buck, look elsewhere, if you want a absolutely perfect experience and are willing to pay for it, if you want a great value and for things to just go right, this is what you want.
